On November 27, 2015, It is an annually Thanksgiving Day. On this day,the Dipper family gather together to share their life and work,and grateful for the achievements and growth of the last year.

In the morning Thanksgiving Day conference,several employees expressed their appreciation and suggestions to the company and showed that they would devote into their work and make more contribution to the company in the future. And the sick employee, Miao Tiwei, sent a thanks letter to show his thanks to New Dipper managers and all the staffs’ support when he was ill in bed. Dipper valve managers expressed their gratitude to the employees’ hard working,In the end, the chairman of the board presented Dipper's current condition,developing vision,management theory and etc. He expect that,under the currently severe external economics, all the staff should clearly understand the situation, tide over the hard times, down to earth and work hard”, meanwhile innovating products, improving job skills, and accelerating the process of company information construction. He believes that Dipper Valve will grow and develop strong with all the staffs’ joint efforts.

After the conference, there was a lucky draw activity. The prizes were foot tubs, body massagers,traditional Chinese medicine for foot bath and health supplies. The friendship value spirit of enterprise culture was spread in the Thanksgiving Day activity.
