On October 17, 2015, five guests including the deputy general manager of Petro China West Pipeline Company Min Xihua and the deputy director of the Production Operation Department Zhang Xiaosong visited Zigong New Dipper Valve Company to witness the disassembling of the NDIV rising stem ball valve which had finished its industrial test at Xinjiang pipeline.

Mr.Min’s group starts working immediately regardless of more than three thousand kilometers’ long journey from Urumqi to Zigong. They witnessed the disassembly process, and carefully checked every key component’s lose and effectiveness after the valve had experience a long time industrial test in XinJiang.

Seeing the key components are in good condition, Mr.Min said pleased “ Now I have more confidence in localizing manufacturing rising stem ball valve because I see hope here.”

Then, Mr Min checked the quality control as well as Dipper’s research and development work. He listened to the report by the Chairman of Dipper Valve,Wang ZhengChao, for the research and development of high pressure rating and big nominal diameter axial flow check valve, liquid surge relief valve, NDIV rising stem ball valve. 

Mr. Min had recognized Dipper keep the feet into the ground (get real) for the research and development,tackled tough issues spirit,He said:“Without no doubt Dipper is the No.1 in axial flow check valve manufacturing,For rising stem ball valve,Dipper should compete with the world top class reputable manufacturer and to be the No.1 too.”

In the end, Mr Min urged that Dipper should insist the strategy:technology prioritization and win with quality. In additional, apply the international patent,protect the national industrial intellectual property right. Till 8 pm,the work has  finished, And then Mr Min and his group left for Chengdu at the same night.
